Our staple bread is a sourdough- crusty on the outside and soft & glossy within. Best eaten fresh the same day with some butter & chunky jam. Or over the next few days as toasties, sandwiches or simply toast.
The sours are made of only 3 ingredients- flour, water and salt. They’re fermented for a minimum of 36 hours which gives them their characteristic flavour, greater digestibility, added nutrition and also increases their shelf life.
